I've used Forest Tree Services 3 times in 10 years. I consult with other arborists and always come back to Forest. Why? Forest - yes that is the owner's name - and his crew know their stuff. There is an overall level of professionalism rarely seen in today's environment. The crew arrives in their own cars. Not a junker in the bunch. They are on time and work a solid day - no loafing with this tight crew. They are all polite, respectful, well spoken and communicate well. It is a pleasure to have a crew like this. The last job was 2 days of hard heavy work. They do a thorough clean up. The crew leader, Felix, kept asking throughout the job "Is this OK?" "What do you think?"....read full review

Forest Kirk and his very expert tree trimmers removed large over hang Live.Oak limbs that had grown over their fence. The 5 man team removed the limbs without injuring anything. He also deftly removed live ok limbs blocking the sun from shining into my Koi pond. Then they climbed all over the rest of the oak tree and removed dead branches and cut the limbs back to the next branch to continue normal growth of our live Oak Tree. The trimmer and ground crew removed all the beaches Nd left ony tiny twigs. I've had tree removal by a few different local companies and have had no bad experiences. But I recently became concerned about the health of some of my redwood trees and wanted them looked at by a certified arborist with a high level of knowledge about that type of tree. Forest definitely fit the bill. He immediately noticed a couple of trees that needed an epicormic sprout or two removed. There was another that I thought needed work but he said that tree was likely to clear its issue all by itself. I also had a very messy cedar and a huge bushy live oak cleaned out.
