“The fire damage occurrence which resulted in extreme smoke damage throughout our house required the services of Pacific Restoration. We had to leave our house with only immediate clothing and personal items because of the toxic environment that had also developed from the smoke damage. Pacific Restoration Company was assigned the major task of packing everything out of our house and garage so that it eventually was an empty shell. This was necessary for the contractor and other smoke damage specialists to clean and eliminate the toxicity so that we could live in our home safely again. Pacific Restoration has the highest standards of service and they take their responsibilities seriously. They helped us with an unexpected problem with our insurance company, and their staff were very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this company for any of their services that may be needed!“

“This guy saved our carpet. My wife was trying to convince me to replace a very large and expensive area rug that I had tried cleaning myself. I called Pristine Clean as a last ditch effort to save some money and it worked! Dennis got every spot out and even gave us a bunch of tips on how to keep it in "pristine" condition. “Really great experience with Gustavo and Luis today and overall experience dealing with E&A. Gustavo and Luis were super professional and wore their masks the entire time (I'm pregnant so even more important to me). They were super accommodating and went above and beyond installing a security door for us, even asking if we wanted them to reinstall our ring camera that we had taken down for them to install the door. We've worked with E&A in the past and they are extremely trustworthy folks which is so important when letting someone in your home. Really appreciate you guys and hope to use you again when we're in need.“

“Had the pleasure of working with Osmin and his team to give my carpets a much needed deep clean. Mojica's Quality Carpet Clean came highly recommended a referred and they delivered quality professional service. Osmin was responsive, flexible and professional from start to finish! Scheduling was easy and they were able to accommodate my appointment to a time that worked for me despite his busy and booked weekend schedule. The job was completed in about an hour and my carpets look great! The service was fast, efficient and in my opinion very reasonably priced. “I just had my downstairs shower and upstairs bath/shower cleaned and repaired by Terence who owns and operates this business. The transformation is miraculous. I wish I had before and after photos but just have after. His charge was higher than others for this job but it was money well spent and I don't think anyone else would have delivered the results Terence delivered. He works very hard and has experience and skill and expertise and all of the right tools and products. Highly recommend for tile and grout and bathtub cleaning- sparkling!“

“WOW!! Esteam is the most wonderful company for all of your carpet/upholstery/rug cleaning needs!! I cannot say enough good things. I received a quote quickly over the phone followed up by a detailed email and a first customer savings added. Everyone I spoke to over the phone was extremely kind and helpful. Kyle came to perform our carpet cleaning day of, right on time, and did an INCREDIBLE job!! Aside from the beautiful carpets we get to enjoy, he was so enthusiastic, kind, knowledgeable, and you can tell that he loves his job. He is a master with cleaning carpets and the job was just superb!! I felt like I had made a friend when he left. I have an incredibly sensitive nose and could still smell a dog smell (I was warned in detail that when moisture is added it MIGHT make some odors slightly more noticeable, and we have a 9 year old lab who now gets to sleep on her bed in the room or stay off the carpet due to her older lab smells and oil in her coat. She never had an accident on the carpets, but the oil/smell of an older Labrador could be noticed by me. We’d never received a comment on it, again, I just have a heightened sense of smell). I called Esteam to see what they’d recommend me using to get rid of the smell. Instead of recommending, they explained that they would be happy to come out and perform a cleaning of that room free of charge. Talk about a company who stands behind their work! Amazing!!! We requested Kyle to come back and he smelled the carpet/area of concern with me. The smell was hard for him to detect as the carpets had dried and no moisture was in them, but he sprayed a wonderful smelling deodorizer all over the carpets and we are hopeful that it has solved our problem! He said please reach out to him should we have any concerns in the future or still smell it and he’d be happy to come back and take the next steps with us. He was so happy to return and explain in detail why the smell might’ve still been there. Again, I have a highly sensitive nose. My husband couldn’t smell it nor my parents, but I could and it just made me feel so incredibly grateful that even though Kyle didn’t really smell it, unless deep in the carpet, he still addressed all of our questions and hopefully solved the “problem” we had. I am so grateful and am a customer for life!!! We look forward to future cleanings and recommending Esteam to everyone we know!!“

“Tony was so knowledgeable and experienced with every aspect of the service. They initially came to clean up my ducts and found out it was a bigger problem than what it seems to be. Tony sealed up all the registers and advised me what needs to be done. He could have just do the job and walk away like most of the people do nowadays, but he didn’t!Both Tony and Brett did an amazing job on my couches and dining chairs and the area rug. They look brand new.Going above and beyond to give customers the best possible service and providing accurate information is something we lack as customers from lot of services.
