I received a quote quickly over the phone followed up by a detailed email and a first customer savings added. Everyone I spoke to over the phone was extremely kind and helpful. Kyle came to perform our carpet cleaning day of, right on time, and did an INCREDIBLE job!! Aside from the beautiful carpets we get to enjoy, he was so enthusiastic, kind, knowledgeable, and you can tell that he loves his job. He is a master with cleaning carpets and the job was just superb!! I felt like I had made a friend when he left. I have an incredibly sensitive nose and could still smell a dog smell (I was warned in detail that when moisture is added it MIGHT make some odors slightly more noticeable, and we have a 9 year old lab who now gets to sleep on her bed in the room or stay off the carpet due to her older lab smells and oil in her coat. She never had an accident on the carpets, but the oil/smell of an older Labrador could be noticed by me. We’d never received a comment on it, again, I just have a heightened sense of smell). I called Esteam to see what they’d recommend me using to get rid of the smell. Instead of recommending, they explained that they would be happy to come out and perform a cleaning of that room free of charge. Talk about a company who stands behind their work! Amazing!!! We requested Kyle to come back and he smelled the carpet/area of concern with me. The smell was hard for him to detect as the carpets had dried and no moisture was in them, but he sprayed a wonderful smelling deodorizer all over the carpets and we are hopeful that it has solved our problem! He said please reach out to him should we have any concerns in the future or still smell it and he’d be happy to come back and take the next steps with us. He was so happy to return and explain in detail why the smell might’ve still been there. Again, I have a highly sensitive nose. My husband couldn’t smell it nor my parents, but I could and it just made me feel so incredibly grateful that even though Kyle didn’t really smell it, unless deep in the carpet, he still addressed all of our questions and hopefully solved the “problem” we had. I am so grateful and am a customer for life!!! We look forward to future cleanings and recommending Esteam to everyone we know!!”

“Pacific carpet cleaning is way more than carpet cleaning! I had horrific water damage from the broken valve under my bathroom sink. They came in and within days removed the floors and drywall that had been affected. They had to go under the home and deal with the HVAC system. They were meticulous and thorough, even to boxing up items that needed to be removed from the work area They set up the industrial fans.After the water mitigation process was completed, they brought in plywood so that we can get back in to the rooms that had to have flooring removed.I feel confident that they have removed every possible damaged part of my home that could harbor mold.<br>David kept in touch with me to keep me informed of the daily processes and what to expect. The crew was very respectful of my needs to come in and remove things while they were working. They put up partitions respecting that I had two kitties that needed to stay in a certain part of the house. I always felt I could call and get more information as the work was progressing. We are now ready for the contractor to come in and begin restoration. What a fantastic company! even to the point of comforting me on the phone when I was emotionally absorbing what a large job this was going to be!
