After a rat infestation we were prepared to replace a large portion of our duct work. John's team came through and made the recommendation to repair and thoroughly clean the duct work. “Had Ryan install heater a few years ago and it was a great job so we had him come to put in new water heater and add ac to existing heater. Quite a job because he practically had to reinstall heater. I have to say it was a great job and putting in dual air for upstairs and downstairs had him in the tight rafters and also in small crawl space under house. If you want a really good job call Ryan“

“I have nothing but praise for Steve at Pipedreams Plumbing. I called several plumbers to get a gas line moved. Steve was the most professional on the phone and in person. Additionally he was cheaper and hooray for that. While he was here doing a great job we happened to talk about my hot water heater, it was 22 years old. I asked for a quote to do it as well and his price was reasonable. He updated the straps and added a pressure relief tank too. There was no pressure or upselling at all, I just figured it was time, better to put in a new one than call a plumber at 4:00 AM on a Sunday (when it surely would have chosen to blow). We talked a bit and I learned he has years of experience which means a lot to me. If you'd like to do business with an experienced, pleasurable and down to earth guy who won't gouge you Steve is the guy. I'm keeping this sticker on my water heater for as long as I live in Sonoma!“
