Pacific carpet cleaning is way more than carpet cleaning! I had horrific water damage from the broken valve under my bathroom sink. They came in and within days removed the floors and drywall that had been affected. They had to go under the home and deal with the HVAC system. They were meticulous and thorough, even to boxing up items that needed to be removed from the work area They set up the industrial fans.After the water mitigation process was completed, they brought in plywood so that we can get back in to the rooms that had to have flooring removed.I feel confident that they have removed every possible damaged part of my home that could harbor mold.

We’d used PCCR for 10 years of carpet cleaning before our 1st water damage in a downstairs bathroom. Since we’d always received such good service, they were the obvious choice to call in an emergency. Their quick response time, help navigating the insurance quagmire & their respect for our home made me glad we chose them. This is the second time in less than two years that I needed the services of PCC&R. They were contacted by my insurance company and I continue to be extremely impressed! During their first visit, the project manager and the owner arrived to assess the water damage. Then, their crew protected the areas near the ceiling work in the dining and kitchen followed by removal of the ceiling areas in order to dry the areas. They check the moisture readings to make sure everything is dry, and their clean up is spotless. I most highly recommend PCC&R! Every step in their service process is exceptional. If you need mitigation work, they will impress you with their professionalism.
