The fire damage occurrence which resulted in extreme smoke damage throughout our house required the services of Pacific Restoration. We had to leave our house with only immediate clothing and personal items because of the toxic environment that had also developed from the smoke damage. Pacific Restoration Company was assigned the major task of packing everything out of our house and garage so that it eventually was an empty shell. Cracked water heater caused damage and black mold in my garage and PCCR wss referred to me through my insurance company. PCCR has been fantastic! The Techs (Gustavo, Tony, Juan) and the project coordinator, David were all professional, reliable, worked effectively and quickly to get the mold removal and remediation completed asap. They were very open and flexible about scheduling around my work schedule. The lead techs always explained what they were doing when came onsite and always gave me a recap on what was done and next steps in the process. Wonderful service. Their response time was extremely fast and we very much appreciated there positive demeanor. We had two emergency flooding events at our home and having their crews on-site made us feel far less stressed. We are so grateful to Shane and his outstanding staff.
