Fernando and Zack not only handled a difficult washer repair in a stacked full size unit, without being asked, the 2 desiccated rat bodies underneath were removed, the area scrubbed, the debris bagged and put in the trash can outside . To work on the appliance, an exterior door to the patio had to be removed. They were very careful and everything was back in place when they left. Bonus, two really nice men.This has been our 2nd experience with TeeVax, the first a microwave issue . Both times we had excellent, pleasant, professional service from the office to the guys on the trucks. Purchased Bosch fridge and Teevax had a great resource that installed unit in cabinet that need wood work to allow fridge to fit.Liam did work two thumbs up. Also after fridge install Justin helped get service tech out that got unit up and running.The fridge install was so good I purchased a convection stove top from Justin and had Liam install this unit also. Again great job all around. When service is important pick a store that can support your needs.

TeeVax is awesome! We purchased a range and refrigerator. From the sale to the delivery, customer service was impeccable. The delivery men were extremely careful and curious. Appliance work perfectly! This place will make you forget about big box stores!
