I’m a property manager and have been working with Fred Frye and his team for almost 3 years. Fred had been consistent over the years in his quick responses and overall attentiveness. He is always professional and willing to do whatever it takes to make my clients happy and he makes my job so much easier in the long run. He’s honest and I trust his expertise and advice completely. We began planting a forest in our back yard 35 years ago; and we were lucky to hook up with Fred Frye, at Vintage Tree Care, when maintenance issues have arisen. He has saved two of our trees by bolting a cabling when damage was visible; and both are doing beautifully -- one of them 12 years later. When one of his guys caused some minor damage to our hot tub cover, he immediately took responsibility and made it good. Honest, professional, knowledgable. Simply an excellent experience, all the way around. Fred came by and gave an estimate to do some thinning, shaping and trimming of the Japanese Maples and two fruit trees in our small back yard.The trimming, thinning and shaping were easily handled onsite by Fred, with his crew. They also planted a Fuyu persimmon where one Maple had to be removed. The work was done without a misstep, the debris completely removed, and the trees look splendid. The new persimmon is thriving, and looks grand.It's hard to overstate our great experience with such a highly qualified Arborist and business owner, and crew.
