I can't say enough about how grateful I am for Mark's quality servicing of my 1950's O'Keefe and Merritt range. He efficiently addressed the gas leak and also gave it a once over and provided instruction on maintenance and parts. He obviously has a ton of experience as well as appreciation for classic ranges. He responded to my phone message and Yelp inquiry in a timely manner (within an hour) and did the repair 2 days later. I highly recommend Mark / Grift's!

My Wedgewood stove is older than I am. Mark has come out a couple of times over the years to nurse it along. When the second oven refused to get up to a useable temperature on Thanksgiving, I knew it was tie for a service call to Grift's. So I called Mark first thing Monday morning and--shades of days gone by--he literally fixed my stove issue over the phone! I did feel a bit silly as I should have remembered the tried and true fix all for my 70+ year old stove, but I didn't--and Mark reminded me of it with kindness and a laugh--and saved me a hundred bucks! THEY DON'T MAKE EM LIKE THIS ANY MORE. Call Mark first!!!!

Mark is incredible! My antique Wedgewood stove wouldn't light. Mark said to send him a photo of the stove. He guided the fixit process on the phone. Fixed at no cost to me. Amazing to have such generousity these days. How kind of him! He is a rare gem. Holly Millar
