We love Alicia but she has not shown up for our last appointment or the appointments of 2 friends. She is not answering calls. We are worried. Does anyone know what has happened to her? Please respond if so. Thanks!

We love Alecia! She has been grooming our Golden Retrievers for seven years. She has never missed an appointment until March 22, 2023. We texted and left her a message and still have not heard back. We are really worried something is wrong because she would NEVER not respond to our texts. I'm giving her five stars because of the wonderful job she's done for us and hopefully will continue to do. To her regular, long-time customers, I found it confusing you would be so quick to jump online to leave Alecia a negative review but never took the time to post a positive review when she did a good job. I give 5 stars based on my experience with Alecia and her excellent care of our dog, but something has gone terribly wrong! As you can see from some other recent postings she has essentially disappeared. She has groomed at least a half dozen other dogs within a stone's throw of our home and everyone says the same thing-she hasn't shown up for appointments lately and no one knows why, nor can anyone reach her! This is very much out of character and very worrisome. We only hope all is well. We really care about Alecia and hope she will let us know that she is safe!
