Once again Merciari Construction did a Phenomenal job! I always pay attention to every single detail, and ask many questions, but I am amazed how patiently MCD got everything clarified and walked me through every single step. It took literally less than 24 hrs for them to come out, meet with me and get my estimate ready! I admire their professionalism, honestly, responsiveness and the quality of job this company provides. When it comes to construction it is very hard to find and honest person who has your best interest at heart. I had never taken on a remodel project in my life, but when I meet Anthony something inside me felt he was the one. I had Solar, roof contractors present, and they loved Anthony! Complete exterior, stucco, structural framing, 2 bathrooms, and so much much more.... More once termites were discovered! A nightmare for anyone that has taken on a remodel. The damage, cost and time to complete was not planned but was done in a reasonable time frame. Anthony took me through all the damage helping me to understand my options and the additonal job time frames.
