This studio is such a wonderful welcoming space for anyone. The staff is friendly and attentive. The changing rooms and bathrooms are clean. Some classes have music and that’s just the best! You are really living the whole experience even just after one class! Any levels is the perfect level at this studio!

They pick great teachers! They all have a great personality, great flow, great music too.I really enjoy the teachers and the vibe at Fitwise! The teachers I have gone to most have been Katie Gross and Charlotte. They both have a great grasp on anatomy, functional movement and their classes are high energy and fun!

My friend has been coming here for a long time and recommended this place to me. I was very nervous for my first class, but all the staff made me feel welcomed and showed me where everything was at. The instructors are amazing at what they do. I’m obsessed with hot Pilates now. I feel amazing and stronger just within these past two weeks of going!
