The staff is very communicative. The classes are very consistent. They used to do this thing with lavender wafting that was such a wonderful end to the hour but they haven't done it in a while. I'm not sure why. The space is clean. The instructors are knowledgeable and do a variety of different poses and classes. The cost seems about right for the area and they do a lot of different deals. Parking is easy because of the mall. The bathrooms are super cute.
This place is great! It was our first time here and everyone was so welcoming + friendly. First off, we got there a little late. You need to be there 15 minutes before class especially for your first time since you need to sign a waiver & you get a tour around the place. There's a place to put all your stuff -- you have an option to put it in a cubby or a locked cubby (there's always someone at the front so there's nothing to be worried about). We got there 6 minutes before class & the person in the front got us ready & in class in time. I joined the class mainly because I had been out of practice for a decade and wanted to restart my yoga practice. The studio felt instantly welcoming and I look forward to my classes! The teachers are experienced and very warm and the best part is all the new friends I made. The studio feels fresh and clean and gets sanitized after every class. The floor is soft and doesn't hurt the knee even with a thin mat. I like the variety of classes ranging from easy "Restore" and "Slow flow" to the strength building "Power" and "Sculpt". I think there is something for all levels of skill and ability at Y6. Joining Y6 Santa Rosa was a great decision for me! Highly recommended!!
