It put me in such a good mood from start to finish. The guy was totally straight with me about what I actually needed, not trying to sell me extra stuff I definitely dont need. Got my lock sorted a whole lot faster than I expected and even gave me a tip on maintenence. I don't usually feel like running errands but this one was honestly nice.
