Second house we have used pro plumb for and as always we are thrilled with the results. We have had Jordan replace a main line, plumb a kitchen and now our new bath. The customer service is top tier. He went above and beyond helping us find the perfect fixtures as well as placement of fixtures and drains. He always shows up when he says he will (rare in our experience with construction) and is professional and well educated in his field. We highly recommend him to all our friends!

Reviews
Jordan is the quintessential professional. It was a small job but he came by to give me a quote right away and got the job done later that day. Would highly recommend him to anyone!
I bought a fixer in West County in 2022 and have worked with numerous contractors while renovating the house. Jordan and Pro Plumb are among the easiest to give a five-star rating.
If you work with Jordan and his team, you can be confident that he will put in the time to fully understand the issue at hand and manage the entire process exceptionally well, both from a customer-service and execution standpoint. More than anything, Jordan genuinely seems to care about his customers and about actually solving the problem, rather than just completing the job and moving on. That really comes through in the way he communicates, troubleshoots, and follows things through.
