I've been going to yoga at the village for probably 2 years now. I've had such a wonderful experience with the owner Elyse, she's extremely knowledgeable and gives a therapeutic yet challenging yoga class. People of all ages and different levels of practice will benefit from her teaching. I recommend her to EVERYONE

Elyse is by far and away the greatest yoga instructor I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She is so incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. She actively works to address your needs as well as pushes you to new limits. During any class you will be able to work at your own level without feeling like it’s too easy or too hard and she does everything in humor and love. Every class is different allowing you to work on different postures and grow your practice. This is a yoga class like you’ve never had before.

I have been taking Pilates for years and was encouraged by friends to take Elyse's yoga classes. It had been a while since I had taken a yoga class so I was a little apprehensive. But from the moment I entered the studio, I felt truly welcomed and relaxed. Elyse's classes flow from one move to another. She walks around during her instruction and adjusts each student supplying blankets, pillows or blocks supporting their individual needs. Elyse is fun to be around.....warm, personable, honest and funny! You can tell she has a strong background in yoga after the first few minutes of class.
