“I highly reccomend Wine Country Painters and Lee Dido. This company is incredibly proffessional and clearly know what they are doing. We have an old 1970's home that still had wood paneiling, old wall paper and a popcorn ceiling. Also, the kitchen needed to be revamped with paint and fixing up the cabinets. They completed all this work in a timely matter letting us know each step of the way what was being done. The finished work was beyong gorgeous.“
“I had a great experienced with Edgar & Northbay Comfort. My furnace broke suddenly, but Edgar and his team were able to replace my furnace quickly and smoothly. He even replaced the vent grate at no added cost after noticing it was dented. I would recommend him for anyone whose looking to replace their outdated furnace!“

If this is what you’re looking for then Jeff of West Coast Fiberglass is your guy.This family run pool builder doesn’t just install the best fiberglass shells though, he installs the best residential pool equipment in the industry. While other pool builders might create a Frankenstein’s monster of cheap components from various brands; the pool pad Jeff built for us is figuratively the Rolls-Royce of pool pads made up of all Jandy equipment. It’s such a site to see, we genuinely like showing off this super clean installation to our friends and family as a first stop. We then follow this by showing how fast the automatic pool cover reveals the fiberglass beauty underneath. It feels good knowing my investment was built to last.Honestly, it’s smart on Jeff’s part to not cheap out on the components because I’m sure he gets way fewer service calls compared to other builders given how beefy and robust his build is. That being said, he’s still only a text message away from answering any question you might have even after he’s done his part. We can’t recommend him enough and we’re really looking forward to many, many years family swim days.“

“Rod and the crew are superlative. Quality work done on time and to quote. We had the entire house and garage/breezeway foundation razed, raised, and replaced. Rod's crew also repaired cracked joists so our under structure is more sound. Very pleased with the work.“
“I had a great experience with Warner Custom Homes and Sean Warner's associated business Bolt Down the Bay. The foundation on the house I recently purchased had damage from uneven settling that included some big cracks, a crumbling corner and resulting uneven interior floors. The previous owner of the house had done some partial repairs to the foundation but according to the structural engineer that I hired before purchasing the house it still needed to be seismically retrofitted and the cripple wall bracing needed adjusting. I contacted 3 foundation contractors and each stated I needed far more work than the engineer recommeneded and provided bids that ranged from $25k to $65k. So, I hired another structural engineer, who said the same thing as the first engineer and he recommended I call Bolt Down the Bay. I contacted Bolt Down the Bay and company foreman Derek, without knowing what the structural engineers had recommended, suggested doing the same work. Bolt Down the Bay did the seismic retrofitting and Warner Custom Homes, suervised by the owner Sean, raised the foundation corners that had settled the worst, adjusted the cripple walls and repaired the cracks in the foundation. The foundation now looks perfect and the uneven interior floors are significantly better. The folks at Warner Custom Homes and Bolt Down the Bay are knowledgeable, professional, honest and provide outstanding craftsmanship. plus, they don't oversell. The cost of the foundation repair was under $9k which is less than what both independent structural engineers said I should expect to pay for the work. I highly recommend Warner Custom Homes and Bolt Down the Bay!“

“I very rarely write reviews but I cannot miss the opportunity to pass on my recommendation for Robert De Wan and his really FANTASTIC service. I had a serious situation with water damage at my home which necessitated removing bathroom walls, tub and shower. It was an ugly job that required hours and hours of really hard work. It turned out beautifully in a short period of time!Not only did I get a price that was more than fair (I got quotes from several other contractors), I was able to establish a working relationship with Robert that felt like real team work. I have not experienced this before, as I am a woman and in the past I have felt disregarded when it comes to construction projects. Not so with Robert! I felt respected, listened to, cared about and communicated with every step of the way.I felt so grateful for his consideration and his know how and also for his suggestions as to how to make the job more affordable. “We had a very had deck to repair. Not only is there no parking, but the deck is over a glass sun room and pretty much inaccessible. Brent's team came in and removed the old and put in a new deck in 3 days! We were told it couldn't be done, no way to do it. I know Brent was shaking his head when he looked at it. But he figured it out and made it happen. I know it was a project that Brent had to fit into his schedule as busy as he is. But I wouldn't choose anyone else to do my work after seeing how professional his crew worked. I didn't see anyone sitting around or playing on a cell phone. These guys busted their butts from the time they got here to till the time they left. They are worth the wait!!“

In consulting with Rodney we determined the needed repairs were much more minimal and that I could handle them myself. Rodney still took additional time on the phone and via email with me to walk through all of the details of the siding and the recommended approach.
