5 stars! We're repeat customers, having used Allen for at least a decade and 3 homes so far. He is very responsive to calls and texts when scoping the work, good communicator, shows up ready to roll, brings a wide assortment of materials to treat surfaces from carpet, to tile, brick, hardwood, glass shower doors, furniture, etc. and takes pride in getting results. He's flexible for times of day, weekends, too, which really helps.

Allen did a great job on my carpets, furniture, tile floors and area rugs! He arrived 15 minutes before his scheduled time to assess the areas to be cleaned. He is extremely reliable, and I was extremely pleased with his work. Allen is one of the most personable and friendliest people that you'll ever meet. He did an outstanding job! Allen was GREAT! He was friendly, fast & efficient. I live in an older apartment and the carpet is pretty old, but Allen made it look so much better. He was so accommodating as he worked around me. I work from home and I wasn't disturbed at all. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Allen!
