Most compassionate team regarding animals I've ever met. From start to finish, explained everything. Listened to all my concerns, not just the eye emergency. Assisted me in finding a surgeon since they were already booked solid but stated she would figure it out if they were unable to find one. Since I now knew my Olive was going to be blind, one of the office staff came out and reassured me that she has seen such resiliance and happy dogs that have lost their sight. That comforted me alot.Thanks to ALL

Dr. Neumann (it's NOT spelled Newman) by the way. She saved my Cat's eye. Yes, it was expensive, but she she took the time and effort to figure it out. So, it cost it bit more. My cat was miserable & we thought her 15 year old life was over. Now, after the surgery and finding the right solution, she is back to her old self again, purring and eating, and NOT IN PAIN, and being the sweet girl she always was. I hope she lives forever.Dr. Neumann is a very smart and knowledgeable doctor. I would recommend All Animal Eye Care in Santa Rosa.

I have a vet 15 minutes away that could do these cerf exams for me but it worth the 5 hour one way drive to take them to Dr Neumann. She is even good at working with the Wiley Shiba!
