“I absolutely love the spin classes here! The instructors are top notch; we are so fortunate to have them! The 5:45am classes really help me start off my days on the right foot! And Bria's 8:30am classes really help to ensure my mindset for the day ahead is focused and positive! Where else can you get a workout completed in 45 minutes and burn about 500 calories?! I highly recommend The Studios; doable for everyone!“

“The staff is very communicative. The classes are very consistent. They used to do this thing with lavender wafting that was such a wonderful end to the hour but they haven't done it in a while. I'm not sure why. The space is clean. The instructors are knowledgeable and do a variety of different poses and classes. The cost seems about right for the area and they do a lot of different deals. Parking is easy because of the mall. The bathrooms are super cute.“

“Breakthrough is just a great place to work out. I've been training there for 7 or 8 years now. Everyone who knows me knows I am not the most loyal person on earth, but I can say I will never leave Breakthrough unless it burns down. My trainer is Christmas. I don't think she is taking new clients but maybe she will if you beg. I've had some of the other staff or Tim (the owner) train me as substitutes, and they are all excellent. Every single session has been a deep challenge for me. As a result I am now the strongest I have ever been in my life. I have been forced to stop telling people how old I am (cough70cough) because people get angry and think I am lying. LOL how's that for a downside.“
