“It was providential that Wayne arrived at our home today to perform our monthly service when he did. We have recently experienced ants on our kitchen counter that seemed to have abated. But this morning I found they had returned in greater numbers. Wayne took the time to educate me about ant infestations. Most importantly, though, he not only treated the problem in the kitchen but discovered and treated the ant trail outside.the house. Within a couple of hours the kitchen ants were gone! I strongly suspect that between what Wayne taught me about ants and how what he used works, the problem is solved. The good news is that if not, I simply call the office because sometimes these issues require more than one treatment depending on the size of the colony. “I had Eco Energy come out to help us take care of a problem we have with rats getting into our home. Brandon came out to first do an inspection and seemed to understand the problem very well. So I decided to go with them and he did a very thorough job, placing screens everywhere there was an opening, including in the attic and under the house. Afterwards he showed me all the places he put the screens and then texted me 27 photos of places that were difficult to access where he also put screens. He also put traps where there may already be rats inside the walls and will come back in 2 weeks to check them. I feel very well taken care of for a very disturbing problem. These people are great!!!”
