A sixty year old hard working chef who loves the outdoors, especially the mountains and ocean, I am hard on my body. Like most chef’s, I also have a ton of trauma in my background and stress in my foreground. As a result, it is super challenging to find someone to do bodywork whose energy is soothing AND has the strength and skills to get in deep…usually it is one or the other. Not only does Chelsea have both, Chelsea is also a deeply gifted energy healer as well!

I do not know that much about energy work, but meditate daily and recently started practicing yoga. Whatever Chelsea is doing is like an accelerant for this work, effortless grounding. Together with the fiber by fiber muscle work and intricate anatomical knowledge, Chelsea is a true healer.

So I stopped by to ask if they sold water and this angle of a woman said I could have her water bottle and she gave it to me for free. I’m not even a customer. If the staff is this kind to a stranger I imagine they are wonderful to patrons.“

I feel like jelly. I am on a cloud. I am a cloud of jelly in the best possible way after my massage. And the facial!!!
