“I’m from out of town and was in need of a massage. Researched a few places in Santa Rosa before deciding on Sophie’s. I called and left a voicemail to schedule an appointment. Sophie got back to me within minutes via text message. I wanted a deep tissue massage with cupping, and I was able to come in the following morning to see her colleague, Jeff. Based on the reviews I read on Google and Yelp, I believe Jeff provides the firmest pressure between the two of them. Parking wasn’t an issue at 9am but make sure to still arrive 5-10 minutes early to use the restroom if you need to and to get on the massage table. I couldn’t have been happier with my massage with Jeff! Cupping is never not uncomfortable but it was much needed for the tension I had in my back, especially my low back from a past sports injury. He uses the plastic ones with the hand pump. Jeff also included some heat therapy and a gentle sinus massage. I left feeling refreshed and more relaxed. I definitely plan on coming back the next time I’m in town. They accept Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, card and cash. A $50 deposit is required to hold your appointment time and it goes towards your total for the massage. As with any service you receive, be kind and tip :)”
