“It was Jan 2 this year when I had my appointment and this establishment had a 5 star rating. I was so impressed however I see that their rating has dropped. I'm still waiting to hear back from them to schedule eye surgery and I am hoping they return my call and help me.“
“Dr Wu and her staff were first class and very professional. I got lenses for my sunglasses and they matched the color perfectly. I felt safe in the office with the Covid protocols and the office is spotless. Dr Wu is so friendly and nice. They have a huge selection of glasses. I would recommend them to anyone in need of eyewear or an examination. Thanks again for the great service!!!!!“
“I've been going here for years and years now. Well not here exactly this is a new building and there is a new owner now but my same eye doctor Dr Fitzpatrick is still there.This new office seems bigger than the old office and seems to have a bit more of a selection of glasses. I always get my glasses here but they are a little more expensive than say Costco. They have more modern equipment which is nice. They upgraded the puff of air machine to something much less bothersome to the eyes.The parking is small but I've never had an issue finding a spot.Everyone here seems to be very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I really don't have anything bad to say about this eye Dr office, I guess that's why I've been going for over 7 years now.“
“This a re-review. Last year my Autistic daughter had an appointment with Dr. Nazari who is also in Dr. Hall's office. Our experience with the Dr was wonderful, however, there was a young girl in the front office who was extremely rude and disrespectful to my daughter who was trying very hard to hold still while her eyes were being measured. After sharing our experience with Dr. Hall, it seems he made a staffing change, and the girl is no longer there. This year, we had another appointment and it was the best experience my daughter has ever had at a medical appointment. The guy that measured her eyes was so incredibly sweet and understanding. The entire experience was better then we coukd have asked for. The girl answering the phone was so nice, and Dr. Nazari was again absolutely wonderful. The entire staff was phenomenal and very patient with my daughter. They were friendly, professional and went above and beyond to make sure her experience was positive.“

“Dr. Ni and the whole physician team and staff at ECI are wonderful. They have treated me, my father, mother, and aunt for many years and followed us diligently through many vision-related issues. One key issue has been a familial vision disorder, where Dr. Ni sat down and explained all the factors which could be driving the issue and gave my family and I a plan on how to track it and which sub-specialist to go to if the condition worsened. Her compassion and patience thru these difficult discussions was incredible! ECI's new office in northern Santa Rosa is beautiful and runs like a well oiled machine. Our patient experiences have been fantastic, with techs that care about making us feel comfortable but who also respect our time. Drs Yang and Alsamarae have also treated my family and we have nothing but great things to say!“
