“The best and only plumbers we will use. 707 plumbers fixed our bathroom faucet and got it working after 3 other plumbers couldn’t figure it out or thought they had for it to only continue leaking once they left. Many didn’t want to continue working on it and others said we would have to rip out the drywall to fix it.<br><br>We didn’t have water in our brand new powder room for 3 years, ever since having it remodeled. Within the first visit, Justin informed me it was installed incorrectly from the beginning but fixed the leak and we were left wondering why it took us so long to get 707 out to our home.<br><br>Unfortunately the hot water valve broke on that same faucet a few weeks later which resulted in a leak in a brand new location. I called 707 plumbers again to schedule them to come out and even had the entire faucet replaced by Restoration Hardware. The office ladies I spoke to were so kind, as always, and just wanted to help us move on from all of this plumbing drama and had Justin and Garret out to our home again as soon as the new faucet arrived to us.<br><br>While the crew was at our home, I asked Justin a question about another bathroom that we never could get hot enough water in and he not only knew exactly what the issue was and what would fix it, but offered to do it for me while he was here. It probably took him no more than five minutes to fix it and make hot water flowing from the shower spouts, but the fact that he did this for us when they had not been called out to the home for this very issue was a huge kindness<br><br>I can’t recommend 707 plumbing enough. Many will say that they are plumbers, but in our experience, only 707 plumbing crew was experienced enough to fix the issues we had been dealing with once and for all.“

“I have nothing but praise for Steve at Pipedreams Plumbing. I called several plumbers to get a gas line moved. Steve was the most professional on the phone and in person. Additionally he was cheaper and hooray for that. While he was here doing a great job we happened to talk about my hot water heater, it was 22 years old. I asked for a quote to do it as well and his price was reasonable. He updated the straps and added a pressure relief tank too. There was no pressure or upselling at all, I just figured it was time, better to put in a new one than call a plumber at 4:00 AM on a Sunday (when it surely would have chosen to blow). We talked a bit and I learned he has years of experience which means a lot to me. If you'd like to do business with an experienced, pleasurable and down to earth guy who won't gouge you Steve is the guy. “Pedro and his team were great. I needed a propane gas line moved and the work was done professionally and quickly. The quote ended up being right on the money and the work exceeded my expectations. He even re-set my clock after having to unplug my oven! What impressed me most about Pedro is that early on I was advised by an electrician to move my gas line. In the end I decided to proceed but Pedro suggested that I might not have to have this work done due to where the regulator was located and the related gas pressure. He could have easily taken my money, no questions asked, but his recommendation that I double check with PG&E first to avoid unnecessary work won me over.I will be calling Pedro this spring to plumb a clothes washer water supply, glad I found a good plumbing outfit I can rely on. “We called Mr Rooter about a water break in our community as well as an issue with an improperly installed sewer cutoff. Mr. Rooter came out within a couple of hours to check out both issues and gave us an estimate.
