“Pedro and his team were great. I needed a propane gas line moved and the work was done professionally and quickly. The quote ended up being right on the money and the work exceeded my expectations. He even re-set my clock after having to unplug my oven! What impressed me most about Pedro is that early on I was advised by an electrician to move my gas line. In the end I decided to proceed but Pedro suggested that I might not have to have this work done due to where the regulator was located and the related gas pressure. He could have easily taken my money, no questions asked, but his recommendation that I double check with PG&E first to avoid unnecessary work won me over.I will be calling Pedro this spring to plumb a clothes washer water supply, glad I found a good plumbing outfit I can rely on. I live out near Guerneville and I know he had jobs in Forestville and Cazadero recently, so he comes all the way out to West County.“

“I have nothing but praise for Steve at Pipedreams Plumbing. I called several plumbers to get a gas line moved. Steve was the most professional on the phone and in person. Additionally he was cheaper and hooray for that. While he was here doing a great job we happened to talk about my hot water heater, it was 22 years old. I asked for a quote to do it as well and his price was reasonable. He updated the straps and added a pressure relief tank too. There was no pressure or upselling at all, I just figured it was time, better to put in a new one than call a plumber at 4:00 AM on a Sunday (when it surely would have chosen to blow). We talked a bit and I learned he has years of experience which means a lot to me. If you'd like to do business with an experienced, pleasurable and down to earth guy who won't gouge you Steve is the guy. I'm keeping this sticker on my water heater for as long as I live in Sonoma!“
“Didn't really know what a backflow preventer was but knew I had a big leak. Check came out and explained what it was and why it was and fixed it. Oh happy day! Now I can take that receipt to City of Healdsburg and get a refund on some of the cost of the leaking water. Called late in the afternoon, Chuck was here the next morning and it was quickly fixed. Several other plumbers had given me unreliable information. Chuck set me straight! Very pleased and the repair was very reasonable.“

“Super prompt service. We had a non-urgent issue and they came out on a Saturday to diagnose it. We went over the options and chose to replace the old water heater "Grandma" with a new tankless. Mario came out that Monday and finished the job in one day. The whole company is great but Mario especially is terrific.
