I'm 55 and she has been using her micro current device on me and it really does help to tighten up my skin. It's the day after and the lines near my eyes are visibly lessened. She is also extremely flexible and provides skin care services tailored to how your skin is doing at the time of treatment. She's also just a lovely person and gives wonderful hand and foot massages while you have your mask on. “I have been going here for my eyebrows for several years now. (Due to scheduling issues, it seems this is the only place available when I am available!) I used to see Kathryn and then she moved away. She was fantastic. After that, I saw Kelly and she did a great job! I was hesitant to try anyone new after Kelly left as one time I saw someone there and they took off half my eyebrow. It was horrible and I had to draw it in for weeks. Well? I recently saw Corynn (I think she spelled it that way) and she was so sweet and did a wonderful job! I have difficult eyebrows as one is almost straight and one has a slight arch. She was able to shape them perfectly and didn't leave them too bushy or too thin. Thank goodness! And they're even. I'm super happy with her and will book with her in the future.“

“A-Friggin-Mazing!!! After contacting many many agencies only to find that most have a very broad, cookie cutter approach to treatment I was left feeling daunted. Almost like, is it even worth the effort, time and expense? Are my needs going to be addressed as an individual? One more over the phone quote for $6,000 and I just might blow my brains out! (That's a joke, please don't flag my review). So that's when I found Jenée at North Bay Laser. She was friendly, informative, and most of all an actual human who understands that I, as well, am a human and not just another number to be crunched. She set me up with Hugo, a nurse on staff. Our session went great. He was easy to talk to, professional, and attentive. I had a few concerns throughout and when I brought them to his attention he was quick to accommodate or explain in detail why he was doing things in a certain way. I have had experiences in the past where I was afraid to express doubts for fear that I would receive inferior service for doing so. Not the case here. I am just beginning this journey and I have a long way to go. I will undoubtedly be spending a lot of money along the way. I feel better spending it at North Bay Laser, that's for sure. A little patience and empathy goes a long way. Today is a good day and I can thank Hugo and Jenée at North Bay for that. Thanks peeps!“
