November 2023: I've been using these folks' services for over seven years; it's lovely to trust them so much that I can leave the house and let Blake finish the carpet cleaning work. I don't need to stay to feel comfortable paying for the work or give him a healthy tip. And he does a great job every time...the carpets look like they did when I moved in. Scheduling was easy, too. I like these folks and the customer-keeping culture they've built.August 2017: Their breadth of services was very helpful. Pedro did an excellent job of taking notes of what was needed. Coordinating with all of his subcontractors created some problems, though.

Years ago REDi installed laminate throughout my new home. I had movers coming in a few days, but the installation crew found that sections of subfloor needed repair. More work requiring more time. Most company’s would have said, “Sorry, you’ll have to reschedule your mover.” REDi did not. Instead they worked from early in the morning to late at night and completed the job on schedule. What’s more, they charged a very modest amount for the extra work. Recently, I had water damage to the laminate in front of my sink. The insurance company, who refused to pay for the damages, told me I would have to replace all the flooring in the kitchen. Another expert said...read full review

Pedro and his team are a fantastic group of pros to get the job done, whether a full rehab, hazmat cleanup, or a simpler restoration or residential flooring cleaning - they do it all and do it well.
