I had made an appointment with a different Carpet Cleaning company, they didn’t show up, they didn’t call, they didn’t text, and didn’t respond to my calls and texts to them. I called Redi construction and restoration and spoke with Jose, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and made an appointment for the following day. Ted, the technician was here right on time and text me five minutes before he showed up. He did an amazing job on cleaning my carpets. And he was extremely easy to work with. I can’t say enough great things about Redi. They truly show up when you need them most. I recently had an emergency cleanup situation at one of my rental properties, and it was incredibly stressful—but their team stepped in right away and handled everything with professionalism, urgency, and care.
