Despite it being the dead of winter, Amy took the time to make a beautiful bouquet (including gorgeous native & medicinal flowers!) while I waited by her porch, with the sweetest cat snuggling in my lap.
While pulling in, her husband noticed that our van was leaking some kind of fluid - Jim and his neighbors didn't hesitate to help, and incredibly had all of the parts we needed to get back on the road.
This is a wonderful place with the kindest people, and the flowers, of course, are lovely too. I'll definitely make a point of stopping by here to get a bouquet whenever I'm in town :)
Michael was high ownership, trustworthy, and communicative: a dream to work with. Very clear expectations set from initial visit to project finish and without overpromising they were in the end able to execute a few special requests that streamlined subsequent repairs. Dialogue on costs/schedule was a refreshing contrast to my only other remediation experience (a much bigger company who left me feeling manipulated). Excellent documentation & job got done without me needing to show up on site amidst it!
Adrea was simply great. I was very nervous then this happened and he was so kind. He gave me his card and told me to call him if I had any questions. This was very comforting to me, as I had someone to turn to. He always, always answered my questions, returned phonecalls promptly and even came to see in person my problem when it was needed (rug). You have a fantastic employee in Adrea and I would highly recommend him to any friend that needed your services.

Jared is professional and knowledgeable. I experienced a calm quiet thorough guy who listened to my information and put together a service plan based upon what I gave him. My electrical problem was repaired in less that an hour. He gave me information to use if needed. Very professional experience.

I always thought you needed heavy chemicals to handle the local ant population. Bio pest IPM uses all natural methods and it really worked well. My wife is no fan of ants and it has been on my to do list. A week and a half after they came there were no more ants. Scratch it off my list. Thank you guys again.Service: Ant extermination

Just moved to the area. I gave him a call after a couple others either didn’t have availability short notice. He has been cutting hair over 30 years and took a look at the sample photo I provided, spent a generous amount of time talking through how I wanted it and then executed it somehow both carefully and quickly. It turned out great and if for some reason I felt I wanted an adjustment he said I could come back anytime within 5 days and he’d fix it free of charge. I don’t need to, but it’s a cool guarantee.

She has worked with my stubborn grays, helped me find the perfect cut and adds just the right amount of highlights to add dimension to my hair.My husband is in the military, so with our frequent moves, finding a new hairstylist has become one of my most dreaded parts of moving. I had my hair done today (highlights and a cut) by Patty. I found the salon to be very welcoming and really enjoyed the experience. I am very pleased with my new style and Patty did the best job on my hair that I have had in years! I will definitely return and strongly recommend this salon!
I'm really surprised I haven't done a review for Sassee yet. I've been going here to see Tara for many years now. I go here specifically for Tara, she's amazing and does a great job dying my ginger hair any color I want from brown to pink. If you don't know dying or bleaching red hair can be a real nightmare and I've had many stylists mess it up or charge me hundreds for no change at all. Tara always gets my hair the exact color and style I ask for and is always honest with me about the process. The salon is quite lovely. Has a very boutique vibe. They have a little snack, bar and drink bar for everyone. Everyone who rents a spot or works there seems very friendly and professional. There's usually always parking right in front or across the street. It is downtown Cotati, though, so depending on events, the parking can be a little rough, but I've never had an issue.
I started going to Moxie last year. I just love Dori my stylist/color expert. She is so friendly and creative and just love the environment Joselyn the owner brings. It has spunk yet style! A1 ladies!

I had two plumbing services out on a Friday after a sewage line blockage in our new house (that was missed on the home inspection) - neither could solve it (lacked the equipment) and both recommended I contact Roys. I went online and the reviews seemed a little mixed and they were not open over weekends (we had to put our house guests in a hotel over the weekend - an expensive lesson in believing what plumbers say on their websites or what home warranty providers claim). I thought it was worth giving them a try and was very impressed. Curtis turned up on time on the Tuesday morning and quickly determined that the clean-out was not going to be fit for purpose but rather than refusing the job he removed the toilet (the quickest, cleanest toilet removal and reinstallation I have seen) and snaked for almost 100ft before finding and removing the blockage. There was a lot of 'full' pipe to clear and he needed help with filling buckets etc but again rather than call for backup or delay the job he let me help him and together we were able to clear enough for him to be able to snake and complete the job. He was really committed to help anyway that he could and really went above and beyond to leave the bathroom clean and to provide guidance on getting a new clean-out installed. I would not hesitate to use them again and fully recommend them.
Our power went out shortly after new year. Our electrician from Rainbow Electric was very patient and understanding of my family’s situation. Who would want to live without power during the winter?
Our electrician even came an extra day because we couldn’t locate the source of failure the first day. We appreciate his efforts and are sure everyone else who he helps will too.

A gem of a vet in cotati. Got us in same day and the monoclonal antibodies shot our dog got for her seasonal allergies stopped the licking and itching overnight. No other vet has offered this easy and reasonably priced option for itch relief. It worked FAST and can last up to 6 weeks. No more shoving pills down her throat twice a day. Thank you!!
I can not rave enough about Cotati Large Animal Hospital. Everyone there goes above and beyond. Special shout out to Dr. Case & Dr. Kennicutt who without fail take the best care of my horses! I am so grateful to have such an amazing team to help my horses out.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kong, her medical assistant Carol, and the other staff members at Cotati Small Animal Hospital. Our 12-year-old dog arrived in serious condition, and, while there is no cure for his kidney failure, Dr. Kong came up with a treatment plan that is enabling him to enjoy life again for as long as he has left. His eyes are bright again; he has a little pep; she has helped bring him back from death's door. The folks there all treat our little guy with tenderness and treat us with compassion. Dr. Kong also helped us consider the costs of different treatment paths so we could decide what was right for us. Plus, she calls after hours, after long days treating patients, to give us updates when necessary.
Have been going here for about 15 years now and I can not begin to explain the amazing staff and experience they have! Any question or concern they listen and help right away. I want to give a special shout out to Miss Crystal who has always been helpful over the phone and in person! It’s been an easy transition bringing my dogs (total of 6 over the years) here and knowing they are receiving the best care possible!

Amanda is bar far the most talented and caring massage therapist I have ever experienced! She always takes the time to target any specific issues as well as to deliver a full body massage. Amanda is able to somehow balance getting into those very tight spots with ensuring comfort and relaxation throughout the session. She schedules her sessions with intention to allow the time to talk beforehand, and to let you ease back into the day with a fully relaxed mindset. Whether you are looking for relief from pain, sports-related body work, or just need to destress and relax, I highly recommend Narra Massage!
This was a very humble down to earth healing place to work. As a former massage therapist I was lucky to have been offered this place to offer truly good massage therapy to the locals in Cotati. I am not practicing massage at this time but when I do again I'd recommend this place as a non fluffy healing balanced place to receive one.
