“I had arthroscopic knee surgery and needed good PT. Most PT offices had no time for me and some did not even call back at all. Jim called back right away. Super nice guy. And I learned that he is a one man show. In the good way. A very well equipped PT studio with everything that you need and no receptionist. One person in the space at a time. It was great. Very professional. Jim was always ready for me on time and worked hard on my knee and overall therapy plan/ regime. Even with my truncated and difficult timing, we made huge progress and I feel better that months prior to my surgery. He communicates clearly, gives good online homework and clearly knew exactly what I needed and will need both anatomically and in terms of my time and future physical demands.
