After months of no pt training. I finally got some sessions authorized. I was referred to Jim, he has a tremendous amount of help in my rotator cuff rehab and strengthening. I would highly recommend him. he not only goes after the current concern, but takes in past injuries. He helps train in away that should help you not injure yourself in the future.
James is an experienced physical therapist that takes the time to chart your current situation and construct a plan to heal. I was frustrated with traditional PT where they just handed me some exercises or printouts. PT that heals has to be detailed and include ongoing reviews and adjustments. That is what I found with James.
Jim helped me through some back pain that really messed me up. Definitely recommend him!!!
