I’ve used Lucas and his team several times over the years and they never disappoint. Recently I had a very large tree that needed to come down. They did a great job taking extra care because it was close to the house and the cable and power lines. Clean up was great. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree work.
When it comes to the actual tree work, 5 stars. When I worked with them at the time of this review, it seemed there was a huge communication breakdown between office employee, estimator, tree worker and consumer. Called the office to ask about scheduling, gave contact info 3ish times, (was not saved) said would get back to me, got an automatic email app notification a couple weeks later saying I had been scheduled the estimate for tomorrow, luckily I was home for most of it. The same happened for the treework. Lukas responded to my call right away and came out with 2 days to do an estimate. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. He followed my wishes on what I wanted done until I was totally satisfied. The estimate was excellent and fair. I would recommend this company to everyone.
