I have used City Appliance 2 times in the past and this time was my 3rd. We had a very unfortunate thing happen. We moved into a house that, unbeknownst to us, had mold. So 3 weeks after moving in we were getting ready to move out. I was really hoping that Ramon would be able to buy back the washer and dryer we purchased - and haven't even used once - at a steep discount. Again, unfortunate, it is their policy not to buy back appliances. It would have been really helpful if he would have - all of this is overwhelming. I was just looking for a break, but not here.

Great place for used washing machines. We bought a used washer from citi appliance. Great service. Delivered the next day. Works beautifully. Great price. Definitely would recommend. If the owner isn't at the store, call the number on the door and he will get right back to you.

My appliance repair guy said my current dryer would take more to repair than it was worth so he recommended City Appliances. Ramon was able to give me a great price on a used dryer which I figured was good since my washer is used anyway. They gave us a prompt delivery and I'm very happy with what we got.David in Guerneville (an Airbnb manager)
