We had a great experience with Sir Grout! I was raving about it with my friends—I never do that! Ulises was the person who did the work. He was diligent at his skill. He consulted with his boss, with us, informed us what he was doing, and gave us a good idea about what was next. He was very courteous!

Sir Grout did a great job regrouting a portion of our kitchen, cleaning grout in other areas, and cleaning the tile. Huge improvement. They arrived on time both days and efficiently completed the job. Cleaned up well. Good communication. The oversight by Mark was excellent; the technician did great work - very professional.
