Fantastic experience - from quote to end of job!! Had entire house carpet ripped out and vinyl flooring put in, along with 2 new bedroom carpets. Murnane was efficient, prompt and worked within the quote. Super easy to work with. Have had bad experiences with box stores and how they contract out the work and then no one takes responsibility for any customer service. With Murnane's installation team, they work for the store and the team shown on the website is who exactly shows up . No hidden costs, no surprises - Highly recommend - 5 stars!!!
