Can’t recommend Dr. Jackson enough! I’ve been seeing her for almost a year and my back has never felt better! She always has recommendations for stretching to do at home in between visits which help as well. I got up to 3 weeks between appointments before my pregnancy.
For any pregnant folks out there, she has a special table that lets you lay on your belly comfortably (there’s two levels so baby doesn’t get squished).
