“Alsatia was absolutely wonderful in our time of need, our grandson just passed away at Stanford Children's hospital at 3:20 am and she had her team pick him up at 5:00 am and bring him to the Chapel of the Chimes in Santa Rosa where we live. This was no easy feat since we needed doctors, nurses and Stanford security signatures to release our grandson. Alsatia was extremely through and sensitive to our traditions during such a difficult time. Our family tradition is to bring our grandson to the Philippines for his final resting place after a service in Santa Rosa. Alsatia planned everything for us including the service, all the Philippine Consulate documents, death certificates, travel papers and even the flight for our grandson. We really didn't know how to proceed and Alsatia walked us through the whole process with such compassion and understanding it made a difficult time bearable.I can't say enough for everyone at the Chapel of the Chimes.“

“I can't say enough about the owners and staff that I worked with. I was the only living relative of my 78 year old brother. Living in Idaho, in the middle of the night I got a phone call that he had died unexpectedly. He had not left any instructions about his final wishes. I called someone I knew in Santa Rosa and asked for help. They recommended Daniels Chapel of the Roses. At 1a.m. I got a call back from Carol Daniels. She told me they would come right away. And they did. She said they would call me the next day. They did. And so it was every day until death certificates, urns, processes, every detail was handled and my brother's remains were lovingly given to us. They made this experience one I will remember as a true confirmation that there are good people in this world that have the gift of serving others. I was left feeling that everything was going to be okay. He was not gone, just gone ahead“

“My dad's niche is in the main building. They have limited hours there and now they are closed every Sunday, which we found out when we visited. I wish we had easier access to that building, seems like every time I go it's closed. I would call before you go to see if they are open. Maybe it's just my bad luck. On an up note the grounds are kept up very nice and you can drive around anytime you want as long as the gates are open I think.“
