“This office of the Neptune Society of Santa Rosa was merged with the Novato office. Depending on the workload they may be slow to respond to phone calls. Emails to them may be the better choice. Keep that in mind when you need to ask the office a question.<br><br>The staff care very much about handling the details for the grieving family. Our day on the water was a wonderful way to say goodbye to my partner. Everything turned out perfectly. I recommend the Neptune Society of Santa Rosa. They work hard for you. They can be busy so a bit of patience may be needed when engaging them before the final burial or scattering occurs.”

Upon visiting their site in Santa Rosa, Laura laid out a SOLID plan for not only Elders but anyone in my family. I guarantee you most people are unaware of how valuable this type of service is. “I was treated with respect, and dignity which not all places had, it gave me peace of mind that my grandmother was honored with respect. That’s all that matters to me. When my Dad started declining, someone suggested them as one of the local mortuaries I should consider setting up a funeral plan with. I spoke with Althea, and immediately felt that she was the right person to work with to create a plan for my father's eventual memorial. She was compassionate, personal, professional, flexible, available, and I always felt completely committed to fulfilling my needs, not her business'. She was especially helpful in finding ways to work within my budget, which I deeply appreciated. If you are looking for a mortuary and funeral director, I 100% recommend you consider Althea and Chapel of the Chimes-it is a very personal choice, but for our family's needs I cannot imagine working with anyone else.”
