“This office of the Neptune Society of Santa Rosa was merged with the Novato office. Depending on the workload they may be slow to respond to phone calls. Emails to them may be the better choice. Keep that in mind when you need to ask the office a question.

The staff care very much about handling the details for the grieving family. Our day on the water was a wonderful way to say goodbye to my partner. Everything turned out perfectly. I recommend the Neptune Society of Santa Rosa. They work hard for you. They can be busy so a bit of patience may be needed when engaging them before the final burial or scattering occurs.”

“This is for my brother Scott and to the Eggen & Lance Funeral Home. My brother Scott left way too soon and too tragically. He was in Mexico, and I asked him to come home maybe two weeks before his death. I never thought that that day, there was a different time before that and days after. Eggen & Lance, Jaime and Jessica, you brought my brother home to me. You transported someone from the most dangerous parts of Mexico, Uruapan, Michoacan and you safely returned his body. There is not a day that goes by, that I do not think about Jaime and Jessica, because of what they did. They did what my dad could not do, bring my brother home. I am forever grateful for them, and Eggen & Lance. If I ever get disposition rights 😉, but until then, thank you for your being warm, kind and thoughtful with me throughout the process.
