I did a virtual coaching with Dr. Laura Polak, and it was transformational. Her use of somatic healing OVER ZOOM helped unlock a deeper wound that we could then work towards healing. It's beautiful to get that kind of focused, skillful attention to every nuance - in a firm, but very gentle way.
