Today I had my carpets cleaned by Dana, who is the new owner He did an amazing job with a difficult situation removing pet odor that was embedded in the carpet and heavy dirt on the stairs at a very reasonable price He was very accommodating with my schedule and on time
He seemed to me to be very honest,authentic and patient when listening to my concerns and addressed them in an excellent way
