Janet Barrows Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine

Like a lot of people, I had some trepidation about acupuncture. Janet Barrows made my visit so relaxing, I was completely at ease. She has a calming, centered presence about her and is fantastic at her art. I didn't even feel some of the needles she put in! I was so relaxed, I even fell asleep on the table & woke up refreshed! I also learned a lot from her about what acupuncture and Asian herbs can help and was amazed - I had no idea it could help allergies, stomach problems, even fertility and asthma, among many other things. I recommend Janet Barrows to the highest extent!

Janet Barrows is amazing! I had been struggling with stubborn shoulder pain for months, and while physical therapy helped, it just didn't give me the immediate relief that I received from this acupuncture treatment. During my evaluation, Janet used targeted needles right away, and the relief was instant-l could lift my arm completely pain-free right then and there. It has been five days since my session, and I am still totally pain-free.
Janet is knowledgeable, kind, thorough, and a wonderful listener.

Her treatments have been very effective in treating headaches, arthritis pain and an overall sense of well being. She is very knowledgeable and asks the important questions prior to each treatment. I’ve never experienced such immediate and effective pain relief.
