I bought a hall runner at an estate sale and it needed cleaning. Peter and Jose took great care in assessing the carpet. They were able to tell me where it was made and when it may have been made. I was so impressed by their workmanship. It looked like a new carpet when I picked it up....so bright and soft! No doubt these are the people you need to go to to have your treasured rugs cleaned and repaired if needed.

I am overwhelmed at the kindness and wonderful help Peter and Shiela gave me when I called them having just spilled a can of dark walnut stain on the living room carpet. I asked Peter what I should do and he said, "Nothing! I'll be right there." Peter brought over his crew and equipment immediately. Though it was unlikely the dark oil stain could be removed, Peter didn't give up. Not only did he attack the wet stain, he and Adrian cleared out the entire apartment and did all the rooms. Master Cleaners was recommended to me by St Francis Flooring.They are absolutely the best, and they are wonderful people. They helped me when I was recovering from hip surgery and went out of their way to take care of four wool Persian carpets that had suffered from my neglect. They did a magnificent job.
