“I was having a difficult time getting a screen to fit that was brand new from the manufacturer Milgard. I called the manufacturer and they sent me a second screen door that still would not fit. This went on for two years. I called several local glass shops and everyone put me off. Until this week when I called all screens, I phoned them and explained my problem and at first they were hesitant to help me and I was rude because I had already phoned several places and no one wanted to help me when I explained this to the owners of all screens, they changed their mind and decided to help me. And I apologize profusely for being rude. There really is no excuse to be rude. I was just extremely upset that everyone previously was not willing to help me which was no fault of all screen. It was a fault of previous peoples interactions with me. I am thankful they forgave me and proceeded to help me. Words cannot explain how deep my gratitude is. And what a magnificent experience that this has become I brought my screen into them and they cut it down to the correct size and it fit perfectly. I was extremely thrilled because I went round and round for two years and no one would help me. I'm extremely thankful when I saw their sign saying veteran owned company. I was so incredibly pleased with this experience. I highly recommend this company for all of your window screen needs!!! And they have the cutest, mini bully dog for their shop dog. I absolutely love getting to meet this dog!:)“

“Blyss Construction of Santa Rosa was a pleasure to work with. We had them remove all old siding, repair all exterior dry rot, install insulation, sheathing, wrapped with weather barrier, and covered with James Hardie siding. The team has a positive ‘can do’ attitude. Their carpentry skills are high-level. A large beam that acted as a header over our garage door needed to be replaced, along with a vertical post that supported a cover by our front door. They popped these out and replaced them with minimal carpentry hours. Super efficient and cost effective. Their finishing work is also done with care and detail. After they started, I had them replace an exterior door and door frame. They made this process easy, and provided a reasonable price despite very little lead time. The crew was always working, wasn’t blasting music, kept a clean work site, and presented themselves professionally. They provided paint codes that match the siding color we selected so we could color match a small spot we did not have re-sided. I was not happy with some inside trim related to the door replacement. They had a team onsite within 45 minutes to resolve the very minor issue. This team operates with integrity.“
