I had my first session with Mark yesterday for chronic hip and neck/shoulder pain. His manipulation and deep tissue techniques offered a whole new approach to the many failed massages, chiro, and acupuncture treatments I've had over the years searching for relief. Mark is kind, personable, and has a gentle approach, but also knows when and where to apply targeted intense pressure. The stretching of my body's tissues and bones felt amazing... I think I might be a bit taller!
