Hard to find the words. Just had my first session with Mark yesterday. The amount of relief/release I experienced from just one session is incredible. Mark is the man, he knows his stuff and can read the body like no one I’ve ever seen, straight to the point. He also has an incredibly kind spirit and gentle nature, feeling very blessed to have found him. I’ve been trying to work through multiple injuries for years. I injured my neck/ shoulder over a year ago and I think I forgot what it felt like to not have tension there.
