I love Defender. I bought a newly built home in Elk Grove not knowing anything and a friend referred them to me. Bill is great. He's always friendly and helpful, and Page and Ruth are always pleasant to speak to on the phone, and always willing to accommodate my requests. I live near an open land that is now being turned over for condos. The solution that Defender uses to keep the bugs away is super powerful. We don't see ANY bugs and we can't smell what is sprayed when Bill provides the service. They treat the garage, interior, and perimeter of my house every other month. They get rid of any cobwebs, wasp nests that they find, etc. and even in the months that they don't come, we only see an occasional silver fish or pinch bug. I love that I can change the frequency of their visits, and the price is very, very reasonable.
In the process of purchasing a home, the sellers had an inspection done and I decided to have one done as the purchaser. Don came out and did the inspection. He was very thorough and identified things the sellers inspector had not. When he was done he walked me through everything he had found and answered all the questions I had.
