“I hired Golden State Inspections to perform a condo inspection after finding them on Google and seeing their positive reviews. They were fabulous to work with from start to finish. The Office Manager, Ruth, was extremely responsive to my email inquiries. I was able to get the inspection scheduled within a day. Joseph, the inspector, did an excellent and thorough job. He was very personable and detailed when showing us the results of the inspection, and the report was sent out the next day. I can't recommend Joseph and Golden State Inspections enough!”
“Barrier Pest Solutions sent our Jesus to our facility to provide a termite and dry rot inspection which we need to do annually. He was super thorough, detailed and got us our report by the end of the day. We also had some droppings show up in a small courtyard we have which they installed some rodent stations and got it all taken care of quickly. I prefer to support family teams like Barrier and would recommend them to any of my Sacramento neighbors without hesitation.”
