I couldn't be happier or more pleased that my whole house fan got connected and running! Mr. Moreno sent his son and another employee and they got fan motor connected and running! This family owned business gave me a price and honored it! I am grateful for the honesty, integrity and excellent workmanship that was displayed at my modest home! This is a game changer for us because our hvac died on us recently! I'm so happy and look forward to sleeping in a cool home! Thank you for your hard work and quality service!

Jim and his staff were amazing . They offer the best prices and are very knowledgeable. All my questions were answered. I contacted them on a Wed, the installation was completed on Fri. I love my whole house fan and should have got one sooner. A few weeks after install there was an issue with the remote. I spoke to Jim on a busy Saturday morning. By 11.00 am his son was at my house and the issue was fixed. Fantastic service and the BEST warranty around .

GREAT customer service! When my nearly 11 year old fan started to make a weird noise, Jim said it was likely the belt since I had never replaced it. He said that it was super simple to replace, gave me the part number to order and told me what to do so I didn't need to pay him for a service call. He was right, it was REALLY easy! However I found out that the noise was the bottom of the fan pully that had broken off and was rattling around. I tried to take the pully off so I could replace it, but it was really stuck. When I called Jim, he set a time to come down and replace the part. He was in and out in less than 15 minutes! I really appreciate it when companies like...read full review
