We called first thing in the morning and had someone out by 2. Jackson was very reliable, prompt and very professional. He was able to unclog the toilet in less then 20 minutes with out causing any damage.
Josh was very knowledgeable and kind. He came in behind another plumbing company (5 Star Plumbing) who could not fix my backed up sink. Josh took another angle and was able to clear the pipe. The prior plumbing company recommended another procedure that was going to cost me a lot of money. Seeing that Josh fixed it quickly and we didn’t need the more costly procedure I feel that the other company may have been trying to take advantage of a woman or didn’t know how to do their job. Thank you Josh for the great work ethic and for helping us fix our clogged sink!
I recently had to replace defective water heater. I called Ace Plumbing they were able to send someone the same day to look at water heater. Although the supplier who was supposed to deliver water heater was a few hours late, once it did arrive Jacob went to work on it right away and had it all hooked up and we had hot water within hour and half. Ace Plumbing come through for us again!!
