6825 Stockton Blvd #225, Sacramento“The eastern Medicine and treatments that come out of this place are top notch. You can get acupuncture, cupping, massages, legitimate herbal treatments. What I like is the option to pay privately or go through insurance if your insurance will cover it. I recommend. Staff at the front are indiscriminately polite and professional but may be easily misunderstood to be the contrary. Don’t misunderstand…son of an immigrant speaking, when I’m spoken to but my pop who is fluent in English I still have to remind myself that their vocabulary is stronger in their native tongue and there’s no malicious intent…
When I say You get what you pay for, it’s an understatement here. If you’re looking for great service and great private rates (if insurance refuses to cover the medically necessary treatments) look no further.“
“He is a master of acupuncture and provides special roots and herbs to help the healing process. He helped treat my sisters Bell’s palsy and my migraines.“

1028 2nd St, Sacramento“Great place. I don't get the massage only acupuncture. Massage consists of therapist physically assaulting you lol. I don't like those massages. Acupuncture is great though. Helps with my pain and I sleep like a baby after! Highly recommend this place!“

This was my first time seeing someone consistently for acupuncture. Safe to say this is a great place to go if you're hurting in any kind of way.“

5431 H St, Sacramento“Karen sped my back healing after a bad fall. The pain in my lower back was debilitating. I knew it was just muscle and would eventually heal but she sped up the process. My prayers Mary care doctor had little to recommend other than Tylenol and time and patience. Karen’s treatment was a well planned protocol calculated to address my pain points. I felt better after the first treatment and MUCH better after the second. I highly recommend her skill and professionalism.“

2015 J St Ste 206, Sacramento“Best massage of my life - after a second visit I’ve now had foot reflexology and a 30 minute acupressure. Bad reviews seem to be people misunderstanding the type of massage.
This is relaxing, but firm and occasionally intense. Not low pressure, oiled Swedish. Guozhi is strong and very skilled at finding knots, triggers, and pressure points. Great price for the amount of benefit.
Come prepared to breathe through it (I’d recommend starting with 30 minutes) and leave standing up straighter with relief ! Thank you to Mae’s 🙌“

7485 Rush River Dr Ste 750, Sacramento“Meridian and lymphatic drainage massage review: I started at JJ seeking acupuncture and therapeutic massage for a stiff/painful neck and shoulder issue last year. But then I stayed a monthly visitor because I switched to the Meridian and lymphatic drainage massage with Sherry, and that has been a game changer for my overall stress relief and body tension. It's my favorite new self care routine! The Meridian MASSAGE does all over your body trigger points I believe, and that really works well for reducing overall body pain and keeps me feeling more relaxed in general. I was prescribed lymphatic drainage massage by a physical therapist to treat a condition and I was happy to see that this could be added to my existing massage treatments. So now I get a 90 minute Meridian and lymphatic drainage massage once a month to reduce my daily pain so it helps keep me moving and doing the things I love.“

The results have truly felt miraculous to us. I highly recommend Dr. Settles to anyone looking into Chinese herbal medicine and holistic healing.“

2809 T St, Sacramento“I have had a consistent level 7 nerve pain going from my neck, back, and arm for the last few weeks. Physical therapy and tylenol haven’t helped.
I decided to try acupuncture and I had instant relief that night and for the next 3-4 days. I have now gone twice and will keep going back as this is the only thing that has been able to relive the consistent pain.“

3051 Fulton Ave, Sacramento“On vacation and needed some relief. Tried out Sacramento Acupuncture Project. I've been 2x now with Lori. Both treatments were amazing. The space is really nice, community acupuncture but there's some walls that seperate area, so a little more private than just one big room. They use reflexology recliners. Overall a really great experience. Have another appointment already booked. And next time I'm in town I will be back!“

She is truly magic!“

8785 Center Pkwy b150, Sacramento“I had a really great experience with acupuncture. Lucy is professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explained the treatment process clearly.
The session itself was very relaxing, and I was surprised by how little discomfort there was. After a few treatments, I noticed improvements in my overall well-being and a reduction in tension and stress. The environment was clean, calm, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
I would definitely recommend acupuncture here to anyone looking for a natural and holistic approach to improving their health and managing pain or stress.“
9AM - 7PM
4381 Gateway Park Blvd #530, Sacramento“I decided to look for massage therapy because I have some lower back pain due to back squats, and I prompted to choose Iggy because some of the reviews resonated with the outcome I'm looking for. Rommel conducts himself in a very professional and top it off, He is very kind and most likely will give you more bits than the average massage therapist for the price. He is very knowledgeable in anatomical and physiological functions. Hence, he instructed me on what to do with my lower back pain. We did some stretch exercises. This made me understand more about my anatomy and current posture. If you want a good bang for your buck and quality massage therapy, don't hesitate to look for Rommel.“

“I’m so glad I gave acupuncture a try with Jennifer. She was so patient with me even though I was admittedly nervous about the idea of being covered in a bunch of different needles. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. Even though I came in with a lot of other issues on my intake form, I like that she didn’t try to oversell me on different things off the bat. :) My traps finally have some relief though!“
