When the crew opened things up, we found some dry rot in the framing underneath the old siding, which explained a lot of the issues I’d been dealing with. Andrey handled the dry rot repair and did a really solid job fixing the damaged framing. What I appreciated was that Best Exteriors was very fair with the pricing for the extra work. It wasn’t something anyone wants to discover during a project, but they were straightforward about it and didn’t try to overcharge. Even with the dry rot repair, the project didn’t get delayed. The team stayed on schedule and still finished the house quickly. The whole crew worked efficiently and kept things moving without cutting corners.
