We were having water pressure issues and decided to call new wrx plumbing. They came in next day to perform home inspection. Jason and Nick were both really nice and straight forward as to what they think the problem was. They gave us recommendations and went with all of it as you get huge discounts with the package. Today, 10/24/2023, Jason came back with another plumber Jonathan who was also very nice to install our shower sets. They even offered a program that saved me extra 15%. When I placed a call to service my Rheem water heater a service technician came out within 24 hours! A live person scheduled the call and was more than accommodating when I wanted to reschedule since the ordered part came in earlier than expected. The plumbing tech was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable and answered questions I had about my equipment. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of the service I received.Service: Water heater installation

NewWRX Plumbing was the first to reply to my request on Yelp, so I scheduled them for a same day repair. They were incredibly responsive, and I was so thankful that they could come out the same day. Jonathan was the plumbing technician who came out. He was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He did a toilet replacement. It was the best plumbing experience I had. They offered competitive pricing. 10/10 would recommend!
