Dr Frank is VERY thorough and knowledgeable in his field! I am extremely comfortable and satisfied with the care my doggie Leon has received thus far!! You are a GODSEND DR FRANK!!
Unfortunately frank said hes shutting the doors to focus on his elderly parents. I respect this man for every thing he stands on. I would have felt great knowing he was taking care of my pup.
