“I've always had a good experience with them. They were honest and didn't price gauge like most of the people in the industry. Had a few keys bought a while ago and decided to have them cut. I thought my (old) software would be enough to program the keys as well, but it was just too old and after a while, made my way back to them. They weren't able to program they key I brought (bought from Amazon, last year). I wasn't very upset because I knew it could happen, but do yourself a favor and IF THEY ARE SELLING THE KEY YOU NEED, BUY IT FROM THEM, it'll save you time and they'll back their product. (Key in image is bought from Amazon, so don't be angry with J&J if the key you brought in can't be programmed).“
