We initially had some issues with the work completed by a previous crew, and the project was beginning to turn into a difficult and frustrating situation. Thankfully, our designer, Darren, along with Pablo and Patrick took the time to listen carefully to our concerns, understand our point of view, and do everything in their power to make things right.
