I went to visit there location and they were super helpful. I picked out the tiles I wanted and replaced the broken ones on my roof.

We had this company out to do some dry rot repairs to our fascia boards on our roof they were much to high and difficult for the average person.The price was reasonable and much less than the general contractor we got a quote from. The guys did a great job and left a clean work site.

Great company to do business with. I understand it's under new management, so I won't go by older reviews. Very responsive office staff and field reps. I had pigeons under my solar panels for years and these guys did an excellent job. Nathan worked on the roof for almost seven hours in the heat and now, I have no more pigeons singing at four a.m. in the morning. Couldn't get more satisfied with their work and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great company.
Mike from Top Tread Stairways replaced our old wooden balusters on our staircase with new iron ones and they look absolutely fantastic! He is truly an expert - very fast, but also precise. We couldn't be happier with the results!

Waltex Stucco recently put a fresh coat of stucco on my home to cover the cracks and crumbling from a job done many years ago by another company. I was very nervous about having another bad experience but Elijah set my mind at ease with his attention to detail and pleasant personality. My happiness with the finished product was important to him. After I picked a color, Elijah came to the house and put up a test patch to make sure I would love the color. An important part of the project was a new dryer vent because mine had been installed incorrectly in the past. When Elijah removed the vent he saw how filled it was with lint and sent me a picture with a reminder to get my dryer vent professionally cleaned. We did a lot of searching for a remodeling company to replace our existing insert tub shower with the shower only. We are so happy we chose Vitali. I could not say enough of good words about the work he and his team did. It's immaculate! Vitali is a true professional. He also made it so easy for us to purchase materials (tile, mosaic floor and everything else that was needed). In fact, he met us at the store and helped us choose the right products, then he loaded everything in his van and brought it to our house on the day of the remodeling project. I have to say the place he recommended to buy products also saved us a lot of money. On the interpersonal side, Vitali is also a very honest, friendly and easy to communicate person. He also has a great team. The project started on time and was completed a little earlier than anticipated. That was a pleasant surprise as well! Mike was the technician that came out to diagnose my HVAC/AC which has been continuously tripping the breaker and blowing the fuses. He was on time, reliable, and honest during his evaluation. His experience was apparent by his professionalism and knowledge he shared during his service. I am amazed at work REO Mechanical does. I have had a bad experience with 5 different companies before I tried REO mechanical. The previous companies attempted to charge me 12k-20k for replacing the system and selling me a whole new HVAC unit and every different company gave a different diagnosis, but no one could fix the issue. The inconsistency proved I was being cheated and lied to. REO Mechanical was completely different, and I can tell from the start. At the end of the service, Mike was able to fix the issue and get my A/C running safely and at a minimal cost. Thank God there are still honest companies out there!
